IMPORTANT PRESALE INFORMATION: Presale orders will be shipped based on the order they are received and the available supply. The timing and size of chestnuts are dependent on Mother Nature. Unlike other nuts, we do not shake our trees for harvest; chestnuts must fall naturally to the ground before they are gathered. This means we cannot control when the nuts are ready or which sizes will fall early or later in the harvest season. While we aim to ship all presale orders during the first week of shipping, please note that Extra Large and Jumbo chestnuts have limited availability. Orders including these sizes are likely to be pushed to the second week of shipping as pre-sales continue. We won’t know ahead of time which week your nuts will ship, so please expect them to arrive during either of these weeks. An order status link will be provided in your order confirmation email (please check your junk/spam folder if not received). The order status will indicate when the shipping label has been created (likely mid-week prior to shipment), and you will receive an email with tracking details on the Monday or Tuesday of the shipping week. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver the freshest chestnuts possible.
