We love connecting with our customers about our California-grown chestnuts! To help us respond appropriately, please include detailed information in your message. During our busy harvest season, especially from August 1st to October 31st, we're often out in the chestnut orchard. The best way to reach us is by email.

Important Information Based on Common Customer Inquiries:
- Chestnut order shipments can take 1 to 6+ days to arrive.
- Orders are processed for shipping shortly after being received, in advance of the scheduled shipping date. Once a shipping label is created, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
- Order tracking will indicate when a label is created, but this does not mean the order is packed. To ensure maximum freshness, orders are packed on the day they are shipped.
- Tracking details may sometimes incorrectly suggest a package is stalled when it is still in transit. Please do not worry about your soon-to-arrive fresh chestnuts.
- If your package shows as delivered but is not on your porch or in your mailbox, please contact USPS or UPS for more information.
- If your chestnuts arrive a little musty, don’t worry—this is normal. We recommend placing them in a colander, rinsing them off, patting them dry, and refrigerating them. The external shell is not consumable, and the internal edible nut is not affected by the shell's condition, appearance, or aroma.
