Shipping Duration
Once shipped, transit time is 1-3 business days, AK and HI are sometimes 4. 2-Day & Next Day Air available for some states as upgraded option.
CA and West Coast transit time is usually 1-2 days, some rural or small regions can take 3 days but mostly faster.
Midwest states that have Ground as choice are 2-3 days. East Coast states we ship 3-Day UPS, with option to upgrade to 2-Day or Next Day Air.
Order Status
An order status link will be provided in your order confirmation email (please check your junk/spam folder if not received). The order status will indicate when the shipping label has been created (likely mid-week prior to shipment), and you will receive an email with tracking details on the Monday or Tuesday of the shipping week. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver the freshest chestnuts possible.
